Korean Harper's Bazzar
When I worked for Aveda, I was fortunate enough to do some international traveling. Spring of 1997 I visited Korea for 2 weeks, opening Korea's first Aveda Lifestyle Store in Seoul. I was interviewed by the beauty correspondent of Bazzar and I recall emphasizing the use of makeup to enhance your natural beauty. This was in reaction to the trend of defined lip lining, that minimizes the mouth and gives it a hard quality, something I saw often on the streets of Seoul.
